- Fresher Graduate willing to start career in Insurance Sales agency will be preferred.
- Job role: Recruitment insurance agents from the open market for selling FGII Health products.
- Reporting to CDM (TL)/ BM

**Offer range**:

- Freshers: 2.5 to 3 lacs
- Undergraduates: 2.50 to 3.75 lacs
- Asst SM - 2.75 lacs to 3.75 lacs/ Sales Manager - 3 lacs to 4.25 lacs / Sr Sales Manager - 3:5 lacs to 4.75 lacs
- Fixed salary + Monthly incentives

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹475,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- IRDA License (preferred)
