This position is a part of NPD team comprising of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who design and develop courses (content to evaluations), take or support learner sessions, record content, write code, code snippets as well as create full-fledged coding projects (define and provide sample solutions).

For Developers with 2-3 year of experience you have

a) Flexibility to learn things outside our primary domain of expertise

b) Work with high-caliber people who will not only guide you but also mentor you to ensure you hit your full potential

c) Prove yourself and have the option to internally transition to any team

**For Sr. Positions**: Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on development experience in web development frameworks

**For Associate Positions**: Ideally 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Full stack development or Backend Development with a good handle on Databases

**Skills required**:

- Experience in full stack development with experience of working with Flask, Django, JavaScript, React JS
- Should be familiar with REST APIs, and web services
- Must have a strong grasp of object-oriented programming constructs
- Must have a good functional understanding of common data structures and algorithms (less important that you know all of them, and more important that you know whatever you know well).

You must have worked on projects which used the skills above, and must be able to explain the project, how you used these technologies, and what worked/didn't work.

Some experience in Testing, basic knowledge of UX design and experience/interest in DevOps is desirable.

For Sr. positions you must have a handled on
- Data Modelling in SQL and NoSQL, RDBMS 2. Working Knowledge of any of the
- MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, SQLite
- Connectivity with Node.JS
