**We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store for both service and product-based offerings..**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring product/service listings, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Continuously improve the website's user experience, navigation, and functionality to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features as needed.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate online sales.
- Optimise product/service descriptions, images, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyse and interpret web analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new marketing opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience from product discovery to checkout, focusing on reducing friction and optimising customer journey.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to online purchases.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings, and take appropriate actions to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance, sales trends, customer behaviour, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimise online store performance, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations and driving online sales.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyse website performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Experience in the service industry and product-based retail is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
