**Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing Production & Detailing**:

- Create **detailed structural drawings** for multi-story buildings using **AutoCAD**, with a focus on **shear wall systems**.
- Convert design concepts and engineering sketches into **accurate technical drawings and documentation**.
- Update and revise drawings based on **design modifications and feedback**.

**Design Coordination**:

- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure **drawings align with design requirements**.
- Integrate key structural details, including **load distribution, reinforcement layouts, and connection details for shear wall systems**.

**Documentation & Quality Control**:

- Maintain organized records of **drawing revisions and project documentation**.
- Ensure all drawings comply with **local building codes and company standards**.

**Additional Modeling Support**:

- Utilize **ETABS** for basic structural modeling tasks when required (knowledge of ETABS is an advantage).

**Office-Based Collaboration**:

- Work **on-site at the Gurgaon office ,** collaborating with the design team in a **professional work environment**.

**QualificationsEducation**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for creating and modifying structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of **structural design principles and construction practices** for multi-story buildings, especially **shear wall systems**.
- Familiarity with **ETABS** for modeling is a plus.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to work **independently**.
- Excellent **communication skills** and a **team-oriented mindset**.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks **efficiently with mínimal supervision**.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
