What You'll Be Doing:

- VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing): Develop skills in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities through hands-on VAPT exercises.
- Participate in simulated attacks to enhance your understanding of potential threats and their remedies.
- Risk Assessment Ability: Sharpen your ability to assess and prioritize risks, contributing to the development of robust risk management strategies. Learn how to analyze and communicate potential security threats to key stakeholders.
- Compliance Assistance: Play a crucial role in aiding our compliance efforts, including SOC 2 audits. Learn the intricacies of compliance standards, assist in preparing documentation, and contribute to the overall compliance strategy of the organization.
- Defensive Measures: Contribute to maintaining our WAFs (Web Application Firewalls) and XDRs (Extended Detection and Response). Participate in the development and implementation of defensive strategies to safeguard our digital assets.

Measures/ KRA’s:

- Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT):

- Risk Management:

- Contribute to risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Maintain an up-to-date risk register with identified risks and their status.
- Compliance Support:

- Assist in preparing documentation for compliance audits, such as SOC 2.Ensure adherence to compliance standards and address any compliance-related issues.
- WAFs and XDRs Maintenance:

- Play an active role in maintaining Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) systems. Respond promptly to security incidents and contribute to incident response activities.
- Learning and Development:

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security processes, procedures, and incidents. Generate regular reports on security metrics, including VAPT results, risk assessments, and compliance status.

What We're Looking For:

- Passion for Cybersecurity: You eat, sleep, and breathe cybersecurity. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and you're ready to take on any challenge that comes your way.
- Certifications or Experience (a plus, but not required): While certifications like CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or practical experience in cybersecurity are advantageous, we believe in the power of potential. If you have the drive to learn, we want to hear from you. VAPT, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Focus: Display an interest in mastering VAPT techniques, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards, even if you're a beginner in these areas.
