**Job Overview**:
The Girls Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and delivering an outstanding showroom experience. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their automotive needs, presenting vehicles and financing options, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The Sales Executive will represent the brand professionally and ensure a seamless buying experience for female and all customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction & Consultation**:

- Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor when they enter the showroom.
- Understand the customer's requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and available promotions.
- Assist in test drives, showcasing the key features of the vehicle, and answering all queries.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Follow the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales quotes and negotiate the final pricing, including discounts and trade-in values.
- Process all sales documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate, including contracts, financing options, and delivery agreements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to close sales and handle any post-sale queries.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Building**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Follow up with prospective clients, maintain regular contact, and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Address customer concerns or complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- **Product Knowledge & Demonstration**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest models, features, and promotions.
- Regularly attend training sessions to maintain and enhance product knowledge.
- Conduct in-depth demonstrations of vehicles, explaining the benefits and features that match the customer's requirements.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other required documents to management.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Actively promote the brand's image and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, or promotions to attract and engage new customers.
- Assist in creating and implementing in-store promotions and displays to enhance showroom visibility and appeal.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective customer service and shared targets.
- Collaborate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure customers' needs are met comprehensively.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized showroom and ensure vehicles are displayed attractively.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks, including maintaining customer records, scheduling appointments, and managing leads.
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring that vehicles on display are well-maintained and clean.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales would be an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
