Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and properly stocked.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels and manage inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure staff provides high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and control store expenses.
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Handle cash and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain records and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Experience in inventory management and customer service.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.

Working Conditions:

- **Environment**:

- Store-based role with regular interaction with customers and staff.
- May require occasional lifting and moving of stock.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
