**Job Descripation**:
CNC operator, or Machining Tool Operator, sets up and operates CNC machines to create parts and tools. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, which refers to the computerized operation of machining tools. Here are some of the responsibilities of a CNC operator:

- **Set up and operate machines**: Set up CNC machines for milling, drilling, or grinding. Load materials onto the machine and secure them properly.
- **Read blueprints**: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and adjustments.
- **Monitor the machine**: Monitor the machining process and make adjustments like changing tools or repositioning the workpiece.
- **Perform maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC routers to ensure optimal performance.
- **Inspect finished products**: Inspect the finished products and ensure that it is on par with the blueprint.
- **Record the process**: Document the machining process and record various stages of production.
- **Maintain a clean work area**: Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- **Follow safety guidelines**: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
