**Responsibilities**:
1. **SEO Strategy and Execution**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimizing website content.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to enhance the overall SEO strategy.

2. **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

3. **Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for search engines and social media platforms.
- Ensure that all content is SEO-friendly, relevant, and aligned with the target audience's interests.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt content strategies accordingly.

4. **Link Building**:

- Identify and execute link-building opportunities to improve the website's authority and search engine rankings.
- Develop relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and websites to secure high-quality backlinks.

5. **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular analysis of competitors' SEO strategies and social media activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed graduation is mandatory).
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in SEO and social media marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Experience in creating and executing successful social media marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and social media marketing.
