While we welcome applicants from any area of Journalism, we are particularly interested in applicants with an expertise in areas such as **Introduction to Journalism, Business Journalism, Business of New Media, Communication Theory, Digital Journalism, Sports Journalism, News Editing and Production, Investigative Journalism, Photo Journalism, Data Journalism, Audio Journalism, Government and Public Affairs Reporting,Communication Research, Environmental Journalism Political Economy of Media, Science, Health.**

Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. Our expectation is that a successful applicant will:
1. Undertake independent high-quality research as well as work actively with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community of scholars who are committed to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation
