RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conceptualize and create visual design of the projects, from conception to delivery
- Ideate delightful and original visual designs, including illustrations and infographics
- Create designs that generates the WOW factor and emotionally connect with the user
- Able to do peer review’s to ensure high quality
- Generate ideas to portray concepts for our products/services
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Establish and promote Design System, best practices, and standards
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with Product Designers, Product Managers and Developers to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools and propose design recommendations SKILL-SETS REQUIRED
- 6 - 8 years of experience in creative/visual designs
- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to understand a product’s vision, and requirements and translate it into unique visual solutions.
- Deep understanding of colors, fonts, iconography, etc.
- Up to date with current technologies and design trends
- Desire to be creative and innovative
- A keen eye for visual details and strong aesthetic skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend designs with stakeholders
- Strong design expertise on various screen sizes
- Expert in using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with Product Management and Engineering partners.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates interaction and visual design experience (from concept generation to use case definition, from interaction model definition to user flow and design specs)

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
