**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain products or services and answer customer queries effectively.
- Generate interest and schedule appointments or product demos.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,430.40 - ₹23,953.94 per month
