We are FMCG, Food import company based in Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

We are looking for 2 reliable Office Administrator preferably Female, who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the office work is up-to-date.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other

data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Accounting management software BUSY.
- Should have good command in English language - Written and Verbal.

**Working Schedule**

Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 6:30pm.

Starting Salary Rs. 18,000/- Per month.

Salary will be reviewed as per the experience.
