**SALARY RANGE: 12,000 - 15,000**

**JOB SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in the electrical or utility sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
