**Profile - Laboratory supervisor (Ferro Alloys plant)**

Qualification - MSC/ BSc in chemistry

Salary - Upto 4 LAC ( including food + accommodation)

**Experience - 5+ years experience for BSc in laboratory (sampling, analysis of all raw material and finish products) & 3+ years experience for MSc in laboratory in metal, foundry, casting industry.**

**Location - Sesa (Goa)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the laboratory in the Ferro Alloys Plant

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet laboratory goals

Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality control measures

Monitor and analyze laboratory results, troubleshoot and resolve any issues

Maintain laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and coordinate repairs

Train and mentor laboratory staff, provide guidance and support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth laboratory operations

Prepare and maintain laboratory reports, records, and documentation

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
