Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced building cleaner to join our team. The building cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and visitors in an upscale building in Thevara.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain building premises, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including stairs and elevators.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including desks, chairs, shelves, and lighting fixtures.
- Clean and polish mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Restock cleaning supplies and request additional supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance or management staff.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the building are cleaned and maintained on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
