We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Intern. As a data entry intern, you will be responsible for inputting and managing various types of information into our database systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data management and analysis while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Enter and update data into our database systems accurately and efficiently.

Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors to ensure data integrity.

Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.

Generate reports and extract data as needed for analysis and reporting purposes.

Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and databases.

Basic knowledge of data management principles and practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Prior experience in data entry or related fields is preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
