**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling **Direct Tax compliance** and advisory matters.
- Representing clients in **litigation cases** before tax authorities and tribunals.
- Managing and strategizing **search and seizure cases** under the Income Tax Act.
- Preparing submissions, appeals, and responses for tax assessments and disputes.
- Providing expert advice on complex tax issues and staying updated on amendments and case laws.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- **Experience**: [Specify if experience level is required, e.g., 3-5 years of relevant experience].
- Strong expertise in **Income Tax laws**, search and seizure processes, and litigation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
