Welocalize को तलाश है ऐसे लोगों की जिन्हें **हिन्दी** बोलना, **पढ़ना, और लिखना**आता हो और जो **Search Quality Rater**के तौर पर हमारे क्लाइंट से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर सकें.

चूँकि आपके पास लोगों की बातों के सही मायने समझने की एक अनोखी कला है, तो इसका इस्तेमाल करके आप ऑनलाइन खोज के अनुभव को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करेंगे. इस प्रोजेक्ट का मुख्य उद्देश्य एआई (AI) का डेटा बढ़ाना और उसे बेहतर बनाना है. आसान शब्दों में कहें तो आपको लोगों के नज़रिए और आम तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, प्रोजेक्ट के नियमों का पालन करते हुए रेटिंग देनी होगी.

**प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी**

**नौकरी का पद**:Hindi Search Quality Rater

**जगह**: रिमोट (भारत में कहीं से भी काम किया जा सकता है)

**काम करने के घंटे**:एक सप्ताह में कम से कम 10 घंटे से लेकर 25 घंटे तक. आप काम करने का समय खुद तय कर सकते हैं और जब चाहें टास्क पर काम कर सकते हैं. वीकेंड या शाम को भी काम किया जा सकता है.

**वेतन का रेट**: टास्क के हिसाब से अलग-अलग

**काम शुरू करने की तारीख**: जल्द से जल्द

**नौकरी का प्रकार**: फ़्रीलांस / स्वतंत्र कॉन्ट्रैक्ट
- यह काम, प्रोजेक्ट की ज़रूरत के हिसाब से है. हर हफ़्ते काम में बिताए गए घंटे अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं._
***ध्यान दें**: अगर आपने पहले “Ads Quality Rater” के तौर पर काम किया है या अभी इस पद पर काम कर रहे हैं, तो आप हमारे Search Quality Rating प्रोजेक्ट के लिए काम नहीं कर सकते.

**ज़रूरी शर्तें**:

हिंदी भाषा में स्थानीय व्यक्ति जैसी कुशलता
- अंग्रेज़ी भाषा में कुशलता
- लोकप्रिय भारतीय संस्कृति की गहरी समझ
- आप "Search Quality rating program" के अलावा, किसी दूसरे खोज या विज्ञापन रेटिंग प्रोग्राम में हिस्सा नहीं ले सकते (जैसे कि "Internet assessor"; "ads evaluator" वगैरह...)
- अभी या पहले कभी “Ads Quality Rating” के लिए काम न किया हो
- अगर सर्च क्वालिटी रेटिंग में पहले काम किया है या इस पद के लिए टेस्ट पास किया है, तो आवेदन किया जा सकता है
- आप अपने घर में, "Search Quality Rater" के तौर पर काम करने वाले अकेले व्यक्ति होने चाहिए
- वेब की अच्छी जानकारी के साथ-साथ तेज़ी से बदल रहे माहौल में काम करने की क्षमता
- ऑनलाइन रिसर्च करने का बेहतरीन कौशल
- भरोसेमंद कंप्यूट सिस्टम और इंटरनेट कनेक्शन
- भरोसेमंद एंटी-वायरस सॉफ़्टवेयर का होना (काम करने के दौरान आपको वेब का काफ़ी इस्तेमाल करना होगा)
- अंग्रेज़ी भाषा में निर्देशों का पालन करने और क्लाइंट की उम्मीद के हिसाब से प्रोजेक्ट से जुड़े नियमों का पालन करने की क्षमता
- क्लाइंट की गोपनीयता को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए, जानकारी दूसरों को न बताने वाला समझौता (एनडीए) साइन करना ज़रूरी है
- काम शुरू करने से पहले, क्लाइंट की तैयार की गई ट्रेनिंग और एक कठिन क्वालिटी टेस्ट पास करना ज़रूरी है
- बैचलर डिग्री+ या इसके बराबर काम से जुड़ा अनुभव
