**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product **listing creation, updating, and optimization** on Myntra panel.
- Implement effective **pricing strategies and discount management** to boost visibility and sales.
- Run and optimize **Myntra Advertising campaigns (ADS, order boost, promotions)** to maximize ROI.
- Handle **order management** and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor **inventory and stock levels** to avoid order cancellations and stock-outs.
- Perform **payment reconciliation** and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Analyze **sales performance reports** and identify growth opportunities.
- Work on **brand development strategies** to improve visibility, ranking, and revenue growth.
- Stay updated with Myntra guidelines, policies, and latest trends in e-commerce.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in managing Myntra operations.
- Strong knowledge of **listing, discounts, pricing, and Myntra advertisement tools**.
- Experience in **order boost campaigns** and other Myntra growth initiatives.
- Excellent **analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, reporting, and e-commerce dashboards**.
- Ability to work independently and drive **brand growth strategies**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling other marketplaces like **Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon** will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of **sales analysis, competitor tracking, and brand positioning**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
