- Excellent knowledge about all aspects of information technology specifically with complex infrastructure environments.

**Description**

**IT Infrastructure Strategy**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and technological advancements.

**Team Management**
- Coordinate with a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, network administrators, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

**System Design and Implementation**
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, cloud services, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

**Vendor Management**
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to procure and maintain IT hardware, software, and services. Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).

**Incident Management**
- Oversee the resolution of IT infrastructure incidents and outages, ensuring timely response, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.

**Capacity Planning**
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure capacity, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and planning for future growth and resource requirements.

**Security and Compliance**
- Implement and enforce IT security measures, policies, and best practices to safeguard IT infrastructure and data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity**
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT infrastructure systems, conducting regular testing and updates.

**Budget Management**
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, tracking expenses, optimizing costs, and making recommendations for investments in technology upgrades.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and end-users to understand their IT infrastructure needs and provide regular updates on project status, performance, and improvements.

**Technical Leadership**
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management. Provide guidance and mentorship to the IT infrastructure team.
