Client Communications Executive

Make outbound calls to potential clients in the education sector, including schools, and coaching institutes.
- Present and explain our products and services, emphasizing how they meet the unique needs of each institution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to drive long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their educational needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls, client responses, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new offerings and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the B2B or education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students and institutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
