Sales Executive

Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gain deep knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients in a compelling and informative manner.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
- Close sales deals and ensure smooth transitions to the delivery or fulfillment teams.
- Handle contract discussions, quotations, and proposals.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials or campaigns.
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any post-sale issues or inquiries.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
