Beta Byte Technologies is a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to domestic and international clients. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join us in our mission to connect with new clients and grow our domestic market presence.
**Minimum Qualification**: MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and engage with inbound leads provided by the company.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective domestic clients to promote our IT services.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of IT services and business development processes is a plus.
