**Minimum Qualification**: MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome)
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and engage with inbound leads provided by the company.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective domestic clients to promote our IT services.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of IT services and business development processes is a plus.
