Welder/fabricator

**Fitter Responsibilities**:

- **Read and interpret blueprints or CAD drawings**:

- **Measure, cut, and shape materials** (steel, aluminum, etc.)
- **Assemble components** temporarily using clamps or tack welding
- **Align parts** accurately before welding
- **Ensure proper tolerances and dimensions**

**Welder Responsibilities**:

- **Perform welding** using techniques like MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), or Flux-core
- **Join metals permanently** based on the fitter’s setup
- **Inspect welds** for quality and strength
- **Grind or finish welds** as needed
- Follow safety standards and welding codes (like AWS or ASME)

**Skills & Tools Needed**:

- Welding machines, torches, grinders, saws, tape measures
- Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
- Knowledge of welding symbols and tolerances
- Physical strength and precision
- Familiarity with safety standards (PPE, ventilation, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,741.87 per month
