Staff Nurse

**Assessment**:Evaluating patient needs, including physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- **Care Planning**:Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- **Medication Administration**:Administering prescribed medications and injections, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- **Vital Signs Monitoring**:Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- **Hygiene and Comfort**:Assisting patients with hygiene needs, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- **Wound Care**:Providing wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring for signs of infection.
- **Patient Education**:Educating patients and families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- **Equipment Management**: Operating and maintaining medical equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
- **Admission, Discharge, and Transfer**: Facilitating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers within the hospital or to other facilities.
- **Responding to Emergencies**: Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Advocating for patients' rights and well-being.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintaining adequate supplies of medications, equipment, and other necessary items.
