**We are hiring for Substation Electrical design**

**Role Accountabilities**:
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables including complex reports, proposals, presentations, and drawing packages.
- HV transmission and distribution substations primary electrical design: layout design, specification of plant, coordination of civil design for 400kV, 220kV, 132kV.
- Earthing system analysis and design.
- Taking personal responsibility for the preparation of detailed engineering documentation and leading the engineering effort for project including providing technical and performance oversight for members of the power team.
- To manage selected projects, project task/responsibilities as assigned, and/or design processes (or parts of projects) to meet agreed budget, quality and timeframe targets.
- To deliver fully documented designs to meet Client objectives and N Arc Consulting Enggpluss Pvt Ltd quality system requirements.

**TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare document and drawing package for the appropriate project design submission stage complying with codes and standards and delivering the design with high quality.
- Conduct internal review and quality checks of engineering drawings and design calculations to ensure compliance with the project’s requirements.
- Prepare and register all relevant documentation and design reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and in compliance with the N Arc Consulting Enggpluss Pvt Ltd and customer requirements.
- Leading interdisciplinary coordination as required for the project.
- Leading technical issue resolution processes.
- Understanding scope and change in scope when it arises.

**Senior Substation Engineer**:

- Lead and manage a team of substation design engineers.
- Oversee the development of substation design packages, including layouts, schematics, Clearance drawing, Outdoor and Indoor Trench, Earthmat Layout and equipment specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Pursuing new opportunities, identifying, and documenting scope, schedule, budget and exclusions.
- The field of work should be 400kV, 220kV, 132kV substation/Switchyards, AIS & GIS engineering support.
- Person should have handled projects by independent capacity.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations for electrical substations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
- Perform DSLP, Earthing, BusBar Sizing Calculation, Sag Tension, short circuit, and to optimize substation performance.
- Review and analyze equipment specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Ability to provide solutions to technical problems.

**Highly Regarded Skills**:

- At least 5-7 years’ experience in design & drafting electrical infrastructure in India, general familiarity with the electricity supply industry, electricity transmission and distribution practices and related topics.
- Computational design, design algorithms and automation of data manipulation
