**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups** based on user requirements and business needs.
- Work closely with **developers, product managers, and stakeholders** to craft intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis** to refine designs and enhance usability.
- Ensure designs are **responsive, accessible, and optimized** for different devices and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices** to improve design processes.
- Develop and maintain **design systems and component libraries** to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with developers to **bridge the gap between design and implementation.**:

- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of **UI/UX design principles, user flows, and interaction design.**

**Good to Have**
- Basic knowledge of **HTML & CSS** to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with **design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.**:

- Familiarity with **user research methodologies, surveys, and A/B testing.**:

- Knowledge of **motion design and micro-interactions** for enhanced user experience.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch** (Figma preferred).
- Experience in **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator** for visual design.
- Good knowledge of **color theory, typography, layout design, and accessibility guidelines.**:

- Hands-on experience in creating **high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.**:

- Ability to translate complex ideas into **intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.**:

- Strong **problem-solving skills** and keen attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
