As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that will help our company achieve its sales goals. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and to develop new business relationships. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns. We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage in field work by meeting Architects, Engineers, and end customers to introduce our services, make sales, and foster connections (includes field work)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segments.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Identify potential customers, create relationships, and build customer networks for new business opportunities.
- Regularly monitor and analyze industry trends and market competition to align our strategies with market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer service) to achieve better results.
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships through regular contact and understanding their needs.
- Schedule and arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales reviews as and when required
- Create marketing campaigns that effectively target our key audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required & two wheeler driving license.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
