**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors with a positive attitude and professional demeanour.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Handle visitor check-ins.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture interest and support the admissions process.
- Schedule appointments for prospective students to meet with admissions counsellors or attend informational sessions.
- Prepare and submit reports on call activities, outcomes, and feedback to the management team.
- Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Respond to general inquiries about college services, programs, and events.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
