**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging and innovative designs for websites, ensuring alignment with client branding and objectives.
- Create innovative and engaging concepts and designs for digital and print materials, focusing on flyers, advertisements, and promotional banners that capture the essence of our brand.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Design graphics for social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
- Ensure designs are user-friendly and optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Work alongside developers to implement designs into functional websites, providing necessary assets and guidance.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creative design.

**WordPress Developer Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage projects.
