Incharge- Power Machine Assembly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the assembly line for power machines (e.g., motors etc.)
- Plan and allocate daily tasks to assembly workers
- Monitor production output, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workflow efficiency
- Ensure assembly processes follow safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with design, production planning, and QA/QC teams
- Maintain inventory of tools, components, and consumables for assembly
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
- Prepare daily production and progress reports for management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in assembling power machines or heavy electrical equipment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes
- Good understanding of safety protocols and quality standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in using assembly tools and equipment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,150.09 per month
