**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: SDET

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, leveraging libraries such as Selenium, PyTest, and unit test.
- Create and execute test cases for unit testing, functional testing, E2E testing, and performance testing.
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure high code coverage and quality.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to perform data validation and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Conduct UI testing using libraries like Bootstrap, jQuery, and work with HTML/CSS/JS for front-end testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of total experience with at least 4 years in a dedicated SDET role.
- Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and scripting languages like Python, C#, Node.js, etc.
- Hands-on experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing test cases for various testing levels.
- Familiarity with UI libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery) and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
