Job Description: As a Female Telecaller at Officeoye Corporate Supplies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your role will involve:

- Making outbound calls to prospects and introducing them to our offerings.
- Building rapport with customers and addressing their needs effectively.
- Providing accurate information about our products/services and handling objections professionally.
- Recording and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English,Tamil and Malayalam.
- Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
