**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier dispatch, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed
- Coordinate for housekeeping and facility management for office maintenance
- Assist with basic data entry, filing and other clerical tasks as needed
- Handle vendor co-ordination

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Receptionist**or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
