**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **patient consultations** to assess hair and scalp conditions.
- Diagnose hair loss patterns and related concerns using **homeopathic principles**.
- Brief hair problem and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide **counseling and guidance** to patients on hair care and lifestyle modifications.
- Address patient queries and build **strong doctor-patient relationships**.
- Convert consultations into **treatment enrollments**.
- Follow up with patients regularly to track progress and adjust treatments if necessary.
- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure **smooth operations** and patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **BHMS degree** from a recognized university.
- **1+ years** of experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Experience or interest in **hair and scalp treatments** is a plus.
- Strong **counseling and persuasion skills** to convert leads into patients.
- Good knowledge of **homeopathic medicines for hair loss and scalp issues**.
- Ability to handle **social media leads** and engage in patient follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
