Job Description
- Social Media/Digital PR
- 1. Creating online releases

2. Creating day-to-day content for the bank?s various social media handles

3. Manage digital PR activities and campaigns on a day-to-day basis

4. Overseeing design of visual content including pictures, graphics, infographics and video

5. Overseeing ORM activity and intervening as required.

6. Carrying out online research and raising red flag on objectionable content

7. Formulating stance, drafting responses to certain critical posts

8. Overseeing creation and delivery of timely impact reports for management

9. Analysing metrics to measure the results and tweak strategy

10. Monitoring trends, new developments and industry benchmarks in the digital PR space including social media tools, apps, channels, design and strategy

Content (general) 1. Creating and updating profile of the bank and its key businesses

2. Creating and updating General FAQs on the Bank

3. CCD Policy Manual (updating as and when required)

4. Creating and updating background material for Business Verticals

5. Vetting Corporate Presentations

6. Creating and updating Media Database

7. Compiling Monthly CCD Dashboard

8. Writing speeches for top management

Content (Media-related)
- 1. Drafting press releases

2. Drafting responses to media queries

3. Conceptualizing flow of events for a press conference

4. Maintaining photo-library of Bank?s key executives, bank buildings etc.

5. Drafting script/narrative for spokesperson for media events

6. Advising management on possible story angles during media interactions

Research and Analysis
- 1. Assisting Corporate Communication team and senior executives with research data as and when required, while making presentations, for instance

2. Analyzing Monthly Media Tracking Reports, highlighting trends

3. Helping CCD identify media opportunities (industry stories, interview/profiling, column writing etc) for Bank?s senior executives

4. Carrying out research on journalists? background

5. Accessing archives of analyst reports across industries

6. Ideating on possible stories/articles

External Communications
- 1. As part of the Crisis/Reputation Management team, giving inputs to the team, and writing media statements.
