**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Quality Assurance

**Job responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience in BDD based testing using Cucumber
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies across unit, integration, system, and endtoend testing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Detailed understanding of common defect and data management tools
- Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals
- Proficiency in a business function and some understanding of the broader business context

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Formal training or certification on Quality Assurance concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Ability to initiate and implement ideas to solve business problems
- Passion for learning new technologies and driving innovative solutions.
