1. Must have experience in handling parents in the field of education.

2. Calling active or old leads to encourage for the admission Every day.

3. Should be good in POWER POINT and excel

4. Should be clear in voice and confident.

5. Should have knowledge about various competitive exams in the country.

6. Should be fluent in English.

7. Should have Basic computer knowledge.

8. Should be flexible in working hours

10. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

11. Contacting existing parents as well as prospective parents using scripts.

12. Obtaining student information and other relevant data.

13. Asking questions to the parents and understanding their specifications.

14. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

15. Maintaining the database of the calls on a regular basis.

16. Suggesting solutions based on parents’ needs and requirements.

17. Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

18. Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization

19. Should have Excellent communication and convincing skills.
