**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Keyword Research**: Dive into keyword research to uncover new opportunities for boosting our website’s performance.
- **SEO Strategy**: Put your skills to work by implementing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve our search rankings.
- **Analyze & Optimize**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to keep track of website performance, then make improvements where needed.
- **Collaborate on Content**: Work with our content team to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and other content that resonates with users and search engines alike.
- **Reporting**: Monitor key SEO metrics and share your findings with the team to ensure we’re on the right track.
- **Keep Learning**: SEO is always evolving, and we want you to stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to keep us ahead of the competition.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with marketing, web development, and other teams to align SEO strategies with broader business goals.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct site audits and suggest improvements to things like site speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: You’ve got at least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, and you’re familiar with both on-page and **off-page techniques**.
- **Tools**: You know your way around SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- **SEO Knowledge**: You have a solid understanding of how search engines work and what it takes to rank a website.
- **Analytical**: You’re comfortable with data and can make decisions based on what you see in the numbers.
- **Technical Skills**: You’re not afraid to dive into technical SEO tasks, like improving website speed or ensuring mobile optimization.
- **Communication**: You can explain your findings clearly, whether you're presenting to the team or chatting with a fellow SEO enthusiast.
- **Self-Driven**: You’re proactive and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with **local SEO**.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML** and **CSS**.
- Familiarity with **Google Ads** and paid search.
- Having worked in a **fast-paced digital marketing** environment.
