We are looking for talented and experienced freelance content writers/copywriters to support our team at SugarCubes. If you're interested, the first thing we expect of you and highly encourage you to do is read the job description (JD) below thoroughly. Whether you're shortlisted will be based on your pitch, how well you've understood the JD, and of course, your work samples.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You'll be working closely with our head of content on various projects on a steady but as-needed basis. Your job will be creating well-researched, engaging content that hits all the right spots for our clients.

The topics can range from digital marketing, SEO, and technology to banking and finance, from home decor to healthcare, and more industry-specific stuff. If selected, you'll work with us on a white-label basis and get an NDA to sign before we kick off work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Whip up high-quality content
- Follow creative briefs to a T
- Take feedback like a champ
- Turn in revisions and edits within 24 hours
- Stick to deadlines
- Be reachable and open to communication (no, we won't hound you at ungodly hours but we expect to be able to reach you during regular work timings)
- 2-3 years of experience as a content writer/copywriter and a body of work to show for it
- a solid understanding of writing techniques for marketing and advertising
- the writing chops to turn complex ideas into compelling, reader-friendly content
- the ability to dig into creative briefs and produce engaging, cohesive outputs
- the interest and versatility to handle topics across industries (B2B & B2C)
- strong internet research skills
- attention to detail (punctuation, grammar, tone of voice)
- the bandwidth for 500-3000 words worth of assignments per week (Mon-Fri)
