**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular updates.
**Project Planning and Coordination**:
Collaborate with clients to define event requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Work closely with internal teams, including event planners, logistics, and creative teams, to develop and execute event plans.
Ensure seamless coordination of all event logistics.
**Timeline Management**:
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and events are executed on schedule.
Anticipate and address potential issues or delays in the planning process.
**Quality Assurance**:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients by closely monitoring all aspects of event planning and execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
**Communication and Reporting**:
Keep clients informed of project status, updates, and any changes in a timely and transparent manner.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, financial status, and other relevant metrics.
**Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by clients during the planning and execution phases.
Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and client servicing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
