**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, banquets, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain stock levels of tableware and ensure they are in good condition.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a steward or similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
