Job Description_**
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a thorough understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable (P2P) processes.
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Coordinate with supervisors to address daily operational issues and implement solutions.
- Allocate work volumes within the team, ensuring timely completion of daily targets.
- Prepare and maintain reports required for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
- Demonstrate client sensitivity, maintaining commitment to response times and service quality.
- Act as an internal trainer by conducting and facilitating training programs for team members.
- Maintain updated process documentation and desktop procedures.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support supervisors/managers with dashboard preparation and other reporting requirements.

**_Qualifications & Experience_**
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in daily client interaction.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and flexibility to support multiple shifts if required.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle/Oracle Fusion and Oracle reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory); knowledge of Microsoft Access and advanced Excel (Macros) is an added advantage.
- Educational Qualification: Accounting Graduate/Postgraduate.
