**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide necessary information about products and services.
- Generate leads and ensure follow-up on potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth communication between the company and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and offerings.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s)].
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in communication or sales are an advantage.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
