**Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle inbound calls from prospective patients seeking information about fertility treatments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential patients who have shown interest in our services.
- **Patient Information and Guidance**:

- Provide detailed information about the IVF center's services, treatments, and procedures.
- Guide patients through the initial consultation process, explaining the necessary steps and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate with the scheduling team to set up appointments for consultations, diagnostic tests, and other necessary appointments for prospective patients.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions in the database.
- Ensure that patient information is handled with confidentiality and sensitivity.
- **Follow-up and Relationship Building**:

- Conduct timely follow-up calls to check on patients' progress and address any additional inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, providing ongoing support and information.
- **Collaboration with Team**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including front desk staff and medical professionals, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience and report any recurring concerns or issues to the management for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures (training will be provided).
- Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is desirable.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position involves working in an office setting with regular hours.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate patient needs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
