- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer requirements and budget.
- Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- **Sales**:

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories such as cases, screen protectors, and chargers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- **Store Operations**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and product displays.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays.
