**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Oracle DBA Architect** with expertise in Oracle Enterprise Edition and Elasticsearch to lead the design and architecture of our database systems. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal database performance, scalability, and security while guiding the technical roadmap for our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and architect Oracle database systems, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Integrate and optimize Elasticsearch within the database architecture.
- Oversee database security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database alignment with business goals.
- Provide leadership in the adoption of database best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience with **Oracle Enterprise Edition** and **Elasticsearch**.
- Strong background in database architecture and design.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, database security, and disaster recovery.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor a team of database professionals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
