ITI Diploma Tool Die Maker

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise tool room operations including tool manufacturing, maintenance, and repair.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
- Maintain records of tool life, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to address tool-related issues.
- Support new product development by preparing tools and prototypes as per design.
- Ensure proper calibration and storage of tools and gauges.
- Manage tool inventory, issue tracking, and replacement planning.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing practices in the tool room.
- Train and guide tool room operators and technicians.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO / TS / IATF as applicable).
