Job Title: Sales Person - Semiconductors
Reports to: Business Head
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Higgs Boson Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading semiconductor company that designs and develops innovative semiconductor solutions for various industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Science with a specialization in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) and At least 1 year of sales experience in the industry
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with sales tools
- Familiarity with industry-specific certifications or training programs
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the semiconductor industry
